It is important to note several things about our rate schedule:
- All rooms are of comparable size with comparable amenities so the rate is the same for any room in a given time period.
- The rates reflect a range that varies based solely on the season and time of season.

For Example:
The rate is $69 per night for any room the first week in May. For any room in the first week in June, the rate is $89 per night. The following week the rate for any room is $109 per night.

Rates may be higher for holiday weekends.
Rates are also subject to change without notification.
Deposits, Refunds and Cancellations: At the time of booking, a deposit of one evening will be charged for stays of four nights or longer or reservations made for Holiday week-ends. Balance of payment is due upon Check-in. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of arrival will be refunded the retained deposit less a $25.00 administrative fee per room. Cancellations of less than 14 days advance notice will be subject to a forfeiture of the retained deposit. Reservations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be subject to a one night non-refundable deposit. Please note that early departures or modifications to the original reservation are not entitled to a refund. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to provide advance notification of changes in reservations.
